About Me
Amanda Aceves-Lopez is a Mexican-American singer, songwriter, performer, and arranger with a deep passion for musical theater and pop music. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music with a focus in Vocal Performance, refining her craft in both classical and contemporary styles. Growing up immersed in choral music, she developed a love for intricate vocal harmonies and storytelling, which continue to shape her artistry today.
Her notable stage credits include portraying Nina Rosario in In the Heights at Palos Verdes Performing Arts and performing in Amadeus Live with the LA Opera Chorus. Amanda can often be seen singing at Disneyland Hotels, restaurants, and bars, as well as performing in wedding bands, on cruise ships, and in theme parks, showcasing her versatile voice and bringing entertainment to audiences everywhere.
Amanda is also the co-owner of Neptune Entertainment, an entertainment company featuring various vocal groups and bands, all of which she created, arranged for, and directed. As a highly talented music and vocal arranger and composer, she brings a unique vision to every project.
Beyond theater, Amanda releases music under her artist name, Mandy Lopez, blending pop, R&B, and—soon—Latin indie influences into her sound. She is currently working on her highly anticipated debut album.
When she’s not singing, Amanda is sharing her creativity on TikTok, where she has built quite a following posting storytelling and fashion/DIY videos. She shows drive and determination with her online presence, posting to multiple platforms, including two different TikTok pages (one for music and one for lifestyle content), and frequently posting her singing covers to Instagram and YouTube.
